Peralta’s Playhouse is a non-profit Childcare and PreK Center. We have been caring for children ages 6 weeks old to 12 years old since 2001. We are proud to be a part of the New Mexico PreK Program, and have been since 2011. Our program serves 3 year old Early PreK and 4 year old PreK children in the Valencia County area.

We have three 3 year old Early PreK sessions. Our AM session is from 8:00am-11:00am. Our PM session is from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. And our Extended Day session is 8:30-2:30. We also have two 4 year old PreK sessions. One session is from 8:00am-2:00pm and the other is from 8:30am-2:30pm.

We also provide transportation for the 4 year old PreK children to and from school. We provide all children with nutritional meals and snacks. We monitor student’s achievement by utilizing portfolio documentation. The children learn through play and creative activities to prepare for the challenges they will encounter in PreK and Kindergarten. Each classroom has one certified teacher along with one teaching assistant.

Peralta’s Playhouse is open from 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday thru Friday. Wrap around child care is also available before and after PreK classes. We also accept CYFD subsidized child care assistance. Please stop by our center for more information.
