Video Library

The NM PreK Video-Based Consultation Project supports teachers and other service providers to learn new skills, participate in ongoing professional development, and engage in reflective practice and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).
The purpose of the Video Library is to share the work of the Project, including illustrations of ways that video can be used as a foundation for reflective practice, coaching, consultation, and supervision to enhance early care and education practices.

Enhancing Reflection, Relationships, and Respect

This video illustrates how the NM PreK Video-Based Consultation Project uses video and coaching to support Early PreK teachers and coaches in enhancing relationships, reflection, and respect in the classroom. Produced by the NM PreK Video-Based Consultation Project in collaboration with Alpha School for Young Children, Inc., in Las Cruces, this project was funded by the New Mexico Children, Youth & Families Department.

Reflections on the New Mexico PreK Video-Based Consultation Project

This video highlights reflections from NM PreK teachers and administrators about their participation in the NM PreK Video-Based Consultation Project and how the project enabled them to deepen their reflective practice and enhance their services. Recording Video in the Classroom
